Success!
It's ironic
that I have to traipse across the Pacific to be able to log on to MSN or any type of messenger but that's how it is.
I'm at the Ritz in Pasadena and DAMN it is swanky. Even though I'm a good half hour (with light traffic) away from the convention center which is where I have to be, I'm mighty glad that they booked me here for no apparent reason. It seems like in downtown LA things get really quiet after work, much like Raffles Place. At least here in Pasadena there's some night traffic and my college roommate stays just 10 minutes away. Makes it really easy to hang out.
I'd forgotten how much I miss American TV. Baseball almost round the clock on ESPN, The Tonight Show, SNL, sitcoms... I'm definitely staying up late!
