Not That I'm Trying to Kissass...
... but
my boss is seriously one of the nicest people I have ever met and in my (albeit very limited) experience, one of the best bosses that I could ever have.
Not only does she look out for her subordinates, but she also cares about them as real people in terms of their personal development. She doesn't evaluate us solely in terms of what we can add to the company. It's good to know that she's got my back, both professionally and personally.
Which makes it harder to leave, should I decide to... But it's something that I need to seriously sit down and think about. If I'm going to leave it should be sooner rather than later.
