New Toy!
Today I added 
this beauty to my growing arsenal of gadgets.

It arrives on Wednesday 3 August, with free delivery thrown in! Bless the good ol' folks at Creative. Plus, it was 38 bucks cheaper than at the retail shop. I kinda feel bad making the guy take out and install something I had no intention of buying, just so I could hear the sound, but saving 38 bucks assuages most of the guilt.
In other news, if you're looking to eat porridge (and not the mid-end porridge at Crystal Jade outlets) at or around the Paragon, you're in luck. My 2-day quest to find porridge or congee ended today at the Orchard Emerald food court. (Don't bother going to Scotts, PUB or the Kopitiam at the Youth Park for congee; it's non-existent.) Fairly yummy, lots of seats, and they have a dessert stall as well. The only weird thing about that food court is that everytime I go there they're showing Tom & Jerry cartoons.
Wussup with that?
