Day 3: And The Rain Came Tumbling Down

In a flash, the weather's gone south. From clear blue skies on Tuesday, I woke up today to an overcast sky and as the day progressed the weather just got worse. Right now, looking outside from my vantage point 18 floors up, the streets are shiny and slick with rain, with fairly strong winds gusting about. If I listen hard enough I can hear the sound of the falling rain.

All in all, nice weather to sleep in to, except that I have one more full day of meetings to get through tomorrow, and then I get to fly back home. There's really nothing like going away, even if it's for just a few days, to make me realise that I do like being at home. Yeah so I bitch and moan and grumble about it, but I do like living on my sunny island set in the sea.

Having said that, I'd still like to get away for an extended period of time. Plans for leaving are still being internally debated in my head, whenever I have time to plot my escape (and hopefully triumphant return?) and hopefully I'll have some clarity on this issue before the year is out. All you guys in the US, if you want fairly cheap domestic help that can't really clean, likes to iron and can cook decent meals, I'm your gal!

Okie dokie. Early start tomorrow = early night tonight.

eh eh! i don't need emaculate clean, i never iron my own clothes (aiya u know wat clothes i wear), and i can't cook! come come! i oso got not much money, but i can pay u in kind?
