The Fine Art of Time Wasting

I have just spent the last hour doing the following:

1) Found 8 map pieces of my neighbourhood on the web
2) Saved and printed the 8 pieces out
3) Cut them by hand to make one big map
4) Figured out the scale on the re-sized map
5) Measured out the distances of my various jogging routes (remember Geography classes and the threads? Once, I had to tear thread out from my pinafore for a Geography test when I realised I had forgotten the thread.)

So, I'm pleased to announced that on Monday evening, I jogged 5.05km, which is the furthest I have ever done. And last night, I jogged 4.4 km. Woohoo. Let's see how long I can keep this up...

Update: Jogged 5.88 km on Saturday night!

My route ended up being a 5.88km route starting from my house with 5 inclines. Argh. Drawback to living in a "hilly" area, I guess.
