Weekend Update!

You know how you have these lists of things you want to do/achieve/experience before you die? Well, on Saturday night I crossed one item off my list. Hehe. No points for guessing what it was. Actually it's no big deal; I should have done it a long time ago in Berkeley but I probably didn't know the right pple. It was kinda a letdown though...

Other news over the weekend: Went to China One for drinks on Saturday night. We've (a new girl gang we've got going) decided that every Saturday night we will go to a new place to hang out. So, the first place was China One and it was pretty fun. Great live band, comfy beds, good snacky food. All in all, a nice place to just chill out and relax. Only thing is, for those dancers out there (thankfully I'm not one of them) there's no dance floor so too bad, too sad.

And, I went for the first training of the year and promptly got hit on the shoulder, but through no fault of mine. It was during fielding practice and I was playing 3rd as always. The coach was supposed to hit balls to the outfield but he hit a line drive straight at me instead. Thankfully I was paying attention and while I didn't manage to field the ball, I did manage to move my face out of the way. Now I have a nice bruise on my arm. Heh. If you look close enough you'll see the imprint of the seams. How cool is that?

Too cryptic, I have no idea what the thing you crossed off the list was. Was it something kinky? ;)

Last year during a soccer game, someone shot a ball right into my thigh at close range and for a few days, you could see the imprint of the soccer ball design on my thigh. And the adidas logo, too.

I've also had the softball seams mark on my skin.

Not something kinky lah, hahah - like she'd talk about that here. ;)

But definitely very Berkeley-ish! Damn, even I was disappointed it didn't live up to its billing though...I think this calls for a repeat. Heheh.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't mind a repeat.

And no, sad to say it's nothing kinky. I need more excitement in my life!

That's a shame. But if it's not kinky, why can't you be more specific about what it was?

I know what it is, I think. Matthew McConnaughey knows what it is. Snoop Dogg knows what it is. Ricky Williams of the Miami Dolphins knows what it is.
