Quick
update from Wellington: it's a couple of hours to go before the big day and I finally found myself an internet cafe.
So far we've been busy just doing stuff, and my luggage (along with 2 of the bride's luggages, one of which contained important stuff for the wedding) finally arrived more than 24 hours after I touched down. Apparently the Sydney airport is famous for not putting baggage on planes at the right times and apparently there was one instance when an entire flight had their luggage left behind. So anyway the luggage finally arrived after being left behind in Sydney and being delivered to the wrong address in Wellington, despite our repeated calls to make sure they had the address right. So much for efficiency...
But thankfully everything is here and nothing is missing, save for my combi-lock which I'll have to replace before I get back. The dresses are all ironed and ready to wear, and in a couple of hours (0545 to be exact) we'll all have to drag ourselves out of bed to get ready for a long long day. (Advice to all couples: just elope. I'll still give you an angpow. Probably a bigger one for saving us all the hassle!)
Okie dokie, time to head out... When I get more time, I'll blog about my pedicure/manicure experience. *shudder*
