Tick Tock...
It's Friday
afternoon and I'm bored to bits.
There's stuff to do at work but it's not pressing stuff so I'm not really concentrating. I just can't wait for the work day to be over. Not that I have major plans tonight but still, anything beats trying to look like I'm working when all I really want to do is go home, curl up on my bed and read.
Tomorrow I'm off to cut my hair. Nothing cures heartbreak/sian-ness/boredom like getting a new hairdo :) The only gripe I have is that since I've had short hair for almost forever, save for one forgettable 9-month period in Cal when I decided to grow my hair, it's really difficult to change my style. Sometimes I toy with the idea of getting extensions just so I can change to a bob or something. Other times I toy with the idea of shaving it all off. And occasionally I think of getting a wig just for the hell of it.
Man, it's March already. Where did January and February go?? At this rate I'll have to start making preparations for my big 30 bash soon, which admittedly isn't for another 22 months but the way the months are flying past that day will creep up almost unnoticed. Egads, 30! It seems like only yesterday that I was still in JC, playing softball almost everyday and not having a clue as to what to study in university.
And yet, even though the days fly past, the minutes don't. It's still only 1550 and I still have another 2+ hours to go. Crap crap crap crap crap.
