The Adventures of Silly Girl: Silly Girl Goes to London

Silly Girl goes to London!

Of course, Silly Girl snoozes too much when her alarm clock rings at 6am this morning. Good thing is, Silly Girl's dad wakes her up at 0645, just in time to catch her plane to London. Bad thing is, Silly Girl's travel agent has screwed up her reservation so she ends up spending 15 hours in cattle class with 3 screaming babies in the cabin.

This makes Silly Girl slightly grumpy (or groompy as some might say). But then Silly Girl gets cheered up when she arrives in London for the 1st time in 5 years. (Speaking of which, Starbucks and Subway seems to have taken over London with one outlet on every street corner.) Best of all, there's free wireless internet in Silly Girl's room! Yippee! (Silly Girl is in danger of turning into a geek.)

Silly Girl is off to take a nap. Later tonight, Silly Girl will get to catch up with some friends. Yippee!

Free Wireless Access! Woot! That's the kind of room I want, 'cept I don't have a laptop. :)

I think the adventures of silly girl will make a great syndicated comic strip.

London is like my second home!!! i couldn't believe it when you said there were Starbucks everywhere... back in 2000, i could only find one miles away from where i lived!!! *shucks*

PS/: The coffee at Pret a Manger is better.

Heya bluepooch :) Next time you go back you'll be shocked at the Starbucks sprouting up all over the place.

This time of year I really love the peppermint mocha at Starbucks so I just stuck to it the whole time. Yummy. Puts you in a nice warm Christmas-y mood.
