If you guys haven't already heard of this place, and it's likely that few have since this place is only 6 months old, then everyone should go check out Forest Adventures. It's an aerial obstacle course in Bedok Reservoir Park where you get to climb up trees, step on swings while 5 m up in the air and zipline down to the ground, amongst other things. The whole course, including the safety instruction bit, takes about 1.5-2 hours to complete and it is so fun! We did this for our annual family day and all, kids and adults alike, had a great time. And, it's not exorbitantly expensive at $25 per head for adults.
Other than that, the rest of the long weekend was spent the usual way - visiting relatives, getting angpows, eating Hakka noodles and snacking on festive tidbits, and gambling away the angpow money :) What is it about Chinese people that makes us such keen gamblers...
Or maybe it's just my family!
Hmmm...
